6 Spots Remaining at the Workshop “Body Transformation on a Deadline.”

A couple of weeks ago, I announced my seminar “body transformation on a deadline.” It will be held this Sunday, March 17 from 3:30PM-5:30PM.

The seminar will be about how to quickly change your body when you have a firm deadline ahead of you. This could be the beach, an anniversary, a reunion or anything else. In this workshop, you will learn:

  • The 4 phases you need to go through to get yourself ready for a special event.
  • What exercises you need to go through to change your body
  • How you should eat when you have a strict deadline
  • What supplements you should use
  • Why it’s important to integrate proper training with nutrition and supplementation

The workshop will actually take you through a segment of the 4 different phases that you’ll need to go through to change your body as much as possible in 16 weeks.

Glutamine

What if I told you that a single nutrient can instantly kill your sugar cravings (and I mean in under 10 minutes) and help your digestion?

Fortunately, it exists, and I’m the only one in the world selling it. And I have a limited supply of only 7 of these, so for only $997.77, you can have 3 days’ supply.

Oh wait. It’s not April Fool’s yet. Sorry.

So I may not be the only person in the world selling it, but such a supplement truly does exist. It’s called “glutamine.”

Glutamine is an amino acid (if you don’t know what that is, it’s part of a protein) that helps you really stabilize your blood sugar. Why? Because your brain can use 2 fuel sources very readily: glucose (sugar) and glutamine. So if you take a glutamine capsule, and empty it under your tongue, it will get absorbed by your body much faster than actually swallowing the capsule. If you never grew out of the phase of asking “why?”, the reason is that there’s a vein under the tongue, so the glutamine gets absorbed straight into the bloodstream, thereby bypassing digestion. Whereas if you swallow it, it needs to first get digested.

How’s that for willpower in a pill?

The other thing that glutamine does is it helps repair your digestive lining. Just what in the world is that? Your stomach has acid in it. In fact, it is so acidic that if you were to pour it on your car, it would melt it. So why doesn’t that acid damage your stomach? Because the stomach is coated with a special substance to prevent that.

But if your stomach lining is damaged (and that can happen for several reasons, like taking antacids, being under stress, taking anti-inflammatories, eating/drinking foods that don’t agree with you, etc.), your digestion is off. You may be bloated all the time, you may have heartburn, and you may have other digestive complaints.

Glutamine, in combination with other strategies can help you improve your digestion.

The richest food sources of glutamine are meat, dairy and fish. Vegetarian sources of glutamine are legumes, cabbage and beets.

One mistake that is commonly made is using glutamine when trying to build muscle. That’s not a good idea. Glutamine tends to have an affinity for the digestive system, so 70% of the glutamine you take in goes for the reparation of the digestive system, and very little actually goes to muscles.

Just as with anything, nothing is good for everyone. Glutamine is not for you if:

  • You have some sort of liver problem. Glutamine may make it worse.
  • You are sensitive to MSG (monosodium glutamate). Glutamine can trigger the same symptoms.
