The Detox Strategy is a wonderful book that shares excellent strategies for improved health. There is a heavy focus on detoxification. Breanda Watson opens the reader’s eyes as to how much toxins are present in everyday life, including indoors. In fact, often the indoors are more toxic than outdoors due to carpets, personal care products, house cleaning products, etc.

So indeed, a big part of Brenda’s recommendations in The Detox Strategy is to first minimize the toxins we are exposed to. She gives very practical suggestions for doing so.
The next step is to eliminate the toxins that are already present in the body, and the remainder of the book makes recommendations about generally good nutrition, as well as exercise.
I certainly recommend this book if you want a very in-depth look at everyday toxins.
