With beef gelatin and pears, you can prepare some delicious pudding that can give you the goodness of fruits and gelatin. Pears are the main focus because it is pear season. Include some gelatin for a nutritious, anti-inflammatory protein and a small amount of coconut oil for my healthy fat, which helps this snack seem a little bit more satiating.

It’s a yummy snack that you can have for breakfast or lunch. However, it’s best to avoid this post-sundown. The combination of gelatin and pears can make you allergic.
